Key responsibilities

  • Lead podcast PR campaigns from initial planning and strategy through to execution and delivery.

  • Manage publicity for launches, weekly episode releases, announcements, interviews, reviews and media opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, production companies, talent representatives and other key industry contacts.

  • Support retained clients with ongoing PR, press and publicity requirements.

  • Contribute ideas and creative approaches to campaigns, identifying opportunities to generate coverage and raise client profiles.

  • Support new business development by identifying potential clients, contributing ideas and participating in pitches.

  • Monitor media coverage, prepare press reports and provide clients with clear campaign updates.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

About you

  • A minimum of three years' experience in podcast, radio or entertainment PR.

  • A strong understanding of the podcast and entertainment landscape.

  • Proven experience managing PR campaigns independently from start to finish.

  • Experience working with high-profile talent.

  • Excellent media relations, communication and organisational skills.

  • A proactive, self-starting approach, with the confidence to bring ideas forward and contribute to new business.

  • The ability to balance client servicing with creative thinking and business development in a fast-paced environment.

Location and working pattern: Central London, five days a week in the office.
