• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery

• Drive new patient acquisition and implement growth strategies to expand the clinic's reach and revenue

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring clinicians and corporate partners

• Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture

• Monitor KPIs, financial targets, and performance metrics; prepare reports for directors

• Ensure full compliance with CQC and GDC standards and maintain a gold-standard patient journey

• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and manage local promotional campaigns

• Minimum 3 years' experience in dental practice management

• Proven success in business development, patient retention, and growth strategies

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., SOE Exact, Dentally, or similar) is desirable
