About The Team & Business Line

The Transformation Office (TO) strives to create a consistent ability to change, standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across business, product, process, platform, and client experience, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs

As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Work with the TO Leadership Team and other stakeholders to support the design and execute on global transformation strategy
  • Support our Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions.
  • Assist with designing, developing and implementing future state strategy, and centralized change within our organisation
  • Collaborate with broader Business, Technology and TO teams on Strategy Delivery, with focus on change delivery, stakeholder management and communications as agreed with management
  • Assist in accessing current team skillsets, producing a gap analysis on resource needs, and assist in resourcing efforts across TO including structuring the team to best support successful execution of TO strategy
  • Support the development of talent and attraction of talent to support the growth of the business
  • Manage and oversee staffing requirements, coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, coaching and development of team members.
  • Provide thought leadership in relation to ‘best in class’ change management, change delivery trends across the financial services industry (eg. Private Markets, Real Assets, Hedge, IR, Treasury, Middle Office etc.)
  • Collaborate with Transformation Office leadership to translate business strategies and goals into executable projects.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure cross dependencies and hand-offs are known and managed.
  • Attend relevant meetings and chair meetings as needed, to obtain updates, unblock issues, identify escalations and ensure plans are tracking to baselined timeframes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams responsible for project delivery, process improvement, platform and technology integration ensuring alignment with overall strategic vision.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with Project teams to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge.
  • Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to staying up to date on industry changes and technology advancements.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with Transformation Office.
  • Motivate people by creating a high-performance environment that is both challenging and exciting.
  • Create & deliver presentations tailored to internal and client senior leadership teams.

Qualifications

About You

  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Ability to be creative and innovative.
  • Ability to influence and persuade.
  • Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree
  • Client facing experience in financial service industry (preferred).
