- equip our practice areas with high-quality research and thought leadership, and develop and maintain our legal knowledge and information resources;
- enable our lawyers to achieve practice excellence through legal learning programmes and mentoring;
- enhance our legal teams' work and client delivery by implementing next-generation tools and technologies, and by driving consistency in our legal documents and processes.

About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualifications or equivalent relevant experience in knowledge management, information management, business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' law firm experience.
- Deep understanding of legal workflows and experience using a range of knowledge management, document and content management or legal technology tools including iManage, SharePoint, Confluence or similar tools.
- A user centric approach to services and commercial awareness.
- Strategic thinking capability with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
