Payroll Administrator - London/Greenford
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 (DOE) Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility) Location: Greenford Benefits: Free parking, private healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% pension after 5 years Reporting to: Payroll Manager
A family/friendly feel company are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls. You'll oversee payroll accuracy, compliance and statutory deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, including starters, leavers, statutory payments and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and auto-enrolment pensions.
- Submit RTI filings and liaise with HMRC.
- Assist with P45s, P60s
- Timesheets
What We're Looking For:
- Desirable - experience using COINS system
- Confident using Excel & strong IT skills
- Experience processing end to end payroll
- Highly organised, proactive and willing to learn
- Strong GCSE grades
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
