Job Description :
- To provide a wide range of services to customers looking for rental accommodation by email and phone.
- Registering customer information in the system.
- Arranging viewings of properties.
- Negotiate with landlords, carry out reference checks, prepare tenancy agreements and prepare tenancy agreements.
- Understanding the rules and regulations of the tenancy agreement.
- Acquisition of new properties, marketing preparation (property photography, videography), status reports to landlords. Other administrative tasks.
- At least 3 years management experience
- IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Preferably with sales experience.
- Language skills Japanese: Business level English: Business level
