SEN TA with Specialism in Challenging Behaviours

About the role:• Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who present with challenging behaviours• Implement tailored strategies to help students manage their emotions, develop resilience, and engage positively with learning• Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to create and adapt behaviour support plans• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, respected, and empowered to succeed• Track pupil progress, celebrate achievements, and adapt interventions to ensure every child reaches their full potential
