Connect2SocialWork are working with a new client who are looking for an Children's Residential Home Social Worker. This would be a permanent role based within a Children's Residential Home. They would be looking for Social Workers who practise a holistic approach to Social Worker.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to and upholding safeguarding policies within the service
- Monitoring service delivery and performance from the perspective of the corporate parent
- Compilation of risk management and support plans, ensuring they are reflective of our policy and meet our statutory responsibilities
- Case management oversight of all cases to ensure the team is effectively delivering our commissioned service
- Oversee, advocate for and uphold a psychologically informed environment
- Oversee and coordinate new referrals, with a focus on the foundations needed to create immediate placement stability
- Ensuring case files are audit-ready
- Partnership working with statutory bodies and attendance at all relevant meetings
- Strong relationship-building with young people and clients to achieve the best outcomes
