Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in London. The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial cleaning services, ensuring efficiency, quality and client satisfaction. Area Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the commercial cleaning division.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage staff schedules and assignments to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of cleaning services.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues and continuously improve service delivery.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
• Optimise resource allocation to maximise productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Area Operations Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services is preferred.
