Description
About Us:
We’re Karen Millen. Since 1981 we’ve been a household name and trusted brand. Four decades later, we’ve evolved into a destination for elevated style, exceptional craftsmanship and impeccable quality. Our love for fashion centres around timeless, luxurious designs that slip effortlessly into any well-curated wardrobe, all at an attainable price point.
The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Executive to join the Karen Millen Marketing team, working collaboratively with the e-commerce, marketing and creative teams, in engaging and retaining our customers across email and app. The role is responsible for planning, developing, sending and reporting on multiple emails and push notifications each week, and will work closely with the rest of the Brand, specifically Marketing, Creative and E-Commerce.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here at Debenhams Group we have a diverse brand portfolio across 5 core brands (boohoo, boohooMAN, Prettylittlething, Karen Millen and Debenhams), a marketplace model and a financial services business - it’s fairly busy!
We don’t stand still - we lead, evolve, and redefine online fashion. With bold ambitions and big energy, we’re on a mission to be the best, delivering the strongest propositions to our customers in the most engaging, innovative, and efficient ways possible.
We thrive on change, innovation, and pace. Every challenge is an opportunity, and every day is a chance to push boundaries. If you’re someone who embraces the unknown, thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, and is ready to shape the future of retail, you’ll love it here. We want visionaries, disruptors, and doers, people who bring fresh thinking, relentless energy, and the drive to make an impact.
Be bold. Be creative. Be a community.
