Group Financial Controller - #1736343
Stats Perform
Date: 1 day ago
City: London
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day

Job Description
At Stats Perform, we combine the power of sports data and technology to create insights that shape the future of sport. We're looking for a Group Financial Controller to help lead our global finance transformation and bring operational excellence to our multi-entity environment.
You’ll play a key leadership role in a 40+ person international finance team, primarily based in Katowice, Poland. Working closely with our London-based senior team, you’ll take ownership of global consolidations, statutory compliance, and help implement a new, cloud-based ERP platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fixing, building, and scaling.
What You’ll Do
You're a problem-solver, not a passenger. You thrive in fast-moving, imperfect environments. You’ve worked in businesses where you had to build the system, not just use it. You bring both financial rigour and business pragmatism and you know how to lead through influence and integrity.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Stats Perform
We believe diversity drives performance. We actively support inclusive hiring, employee-led resource groups, and ongoing DE&I education.
Stats Perform is committed to ensuring fair and equal treatment of all applicants. We strive for an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We are committed to ensuring that all candidates are treated with respect and dignity, irrespective of their background, identity, or status.
