Ada Meher is proud to be engaged on a search for a Project Co-ordinator on behalf of a rapidly-scaling Digital Transformation Consultancy in the PropTech sector as they continue to grow following client successes with their SaaS Platform and Consultancy projects. They aim to deliver robust & reliable technology-driven transformations in a rapidly evolving market and are looking for a candidate to join them to contribute to project success as well as progress into a more independent Project Manager role as they continue to scale.

As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company work on a hybrid basis with employees spending 3 days a week in office and the rest working remotely. They also offer a very flexible schedule, need to drop the kids off at school? Got an appointment? Prefer to make up an hour late in the evening to go for a long walk at lunch? All fine – as long as clients’ needs are met it's up to you to manage your workload the way that works best for you!

As a Project Co-ordinator you would work closely with the technical team, to ensure projects are delivered successfully, in budget and on time. The ideal candidate should have experience in documentation creation, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to motivate the internal team. They are also looking for a technically savvy candidate who is able to pick up platforms such as Hubspot or Airtable and learn to handle lower level support tickets & projects.

To Be Considered

  • Prior experience in a Project Co-ordination role in a technical business
  • Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence or similar
  • Agile or Prince 2 experience/qualification
  • Experience with enterprise CRM solutions like Salesforce/HubSpot or similar would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Data Analysis (Tableau/PowerBI)
