Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - #1743534

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large commercial property based in Peckham, London. The Role As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
• Working on a Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm (40hrs) work week.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building equipment, AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motors, Generators, Filters, TMVs, and general mechanical maintenance.
• General maintenance duties as and when required – emergency light testing, general plumbing, lamp changes.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• You will hold mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G’s
• At least 4+ years experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
• Strong communication and team skills, willing to support the client and the team where needed.
• Must be commutable to Peckham.
