About The Role

Uber Ads has been one of Uber's fastest-growing success stories over the past three years-and we're just getting started. The UK stands out as a key growth engine, and we're now looking to supercharge our momentum with a strategic, commercially savvy leader.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Head of Uber Advertising, EMEA. You'll be responsible for accelerating our partnerships with major non-endemic brands and top-tier media agencies. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of Uber's advertising business in one of our most exciting markets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with Vision: Set and execute a clear, data-backed strategy to grow Uber Ads across the UK, aligning team efforts with broader business goals.
  • Build & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals-championing collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
  • Drive Results: Own and deliver revenue targets while maintaining a laser focus on business impact, quality of execution, and customer success.
  • Engage the Industry: Be a visible thought leader by representing Uber at key industry events, roundtables, and client engagements.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Foster deep, senior-level partnerships across holding companies, agencies, and major brands.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Global Ads leaders to ensure your clients are getting best-in-class solutions.
  • Forecast with Confidence: Maintain a precise handle on revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and team performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading digital ad sales teams with a strong track record across both agencies and brand clients.
  • Deep expertise in digital media-including programmatic, display, video, mobile, and performance advertising.
  • A well-developed network of senior contacts across UK media agencies and brands.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the advertising or media space.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a consistent history of beating revenue goals and driving business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and build trust at all levels-internally and externally.

Preferred Experience

  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments-ideally with experience in tech, media, or start-up ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling high-performing teams-with a passion for coaching and development.
