The Role Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

• Winning new clients through business development
• Sourcing top candidates through advertising, networking, and headhunting
• Interviewing candidates and introducing them to your clients
• Managing the end-to-end interview process
• Handling any objections by advising people on market conditions
• Negotiating the best contract on behalf of your candidates
• Following up on any business leads and continuously building out your network
  
  

The Requirements Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

• Ideally you will be degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
• Experience working with people - part-time, internships, placement year etc.
• Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals
• Financially driven and determined to build a successful career
