Our Ways of Working Principles:

We believe that most of us do our best work when we work together, but we know that everyone works in different ways, and quite frankly, has other commitments and responsibilities outside of work.

As we further adjust to hybrid working, we want to take what we've learnt from working remotely and keep the flexibility that's enabled us to thrive and keep driving our business forward.

We have some core principles which support us in this:

Do what’s right

Trust & give permission

Delivery matters

We understand ways of working can look different based on your role, team and you as an individual so we are here to support and discuss this with you during the interview process.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Content Assistant – International to join our New Markets team at Moonpig. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, conversion-focused content across our international websites and app. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape customer experiences and drive engagement through creative and impactful content.

In this role, you’ll support campaign and trade objectives by executing the content plan, optimising user journeys, and ensuring everything we publish is on-brand and engaging. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and execute the Content Plan, ensuring alignment with campaign and trade strategies
  • Analyse click-through and conversion data to optimise homepages, landing pages, and navigation
  • Maintain and update landing pages to effectively showcase new products and campaigns
  • Create wireframes, Canva assets, and briefs for more complex creative requirements
  • Monitor site performance and execute A/B tests to drive continuous improvement
  • Review competitor activity and gather inspiring content examples to inform our strategy
  • Support with administrative tasks, including uploading gifts and creating promo codes

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident analysing data to inform content decisions
  • Creative thinker with a good eye for design
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • (Desirable) Experience with content management systems, SEO best practices, Canva, and tools like Google Analytics or Tableau
