Capital.com
Date: 9 hours ago
City: London
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day

About Capital.com:
Capital.com is a global trading and investment platform serving millions of users across more than 100 countries. As part of our continued product expansion, we are building out regulated crypto infrastructure — including custody, wallets, spot trading, staking, and crypto payments — directly into the Capital.com platform. Our goal is to provide seamless access to digital assets in a secure, compliant, and user-friendly way.
Role Summary:
We're looking for a Product Director to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Capital.com digital assets products. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team across engineering, design, compliance, and operations — delivering mission-critical infrastructure products that are fast, secure, and intuitive.
You’ll be responsible for building and scaling:
Custodial Wallets
Crypto Payments (on/off-ramps)
Fiat and crypto settlement rails
Spot trading flows (RFQ, liquidity routing)
Staking, balances, and reward tracking
APIs and internal tools to enable all of the above
This is a high-impact role, requiring strong product leadership, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to navigate execution complexity across multiple jurisdictions and user flows.

- Map full user journeys for crypto flows and optimize for speed, clarity, and resilience
- Own metrics like conversion, latency, drop-off, failed flows, and end-user satisfaction
- Work with our support team and UX to iterate on what’s not working — fast
- 8+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles
- Experience delivering complex infrastructure products (crypto, fintech, payments, or API platforms)
- A solid technical grasp of crypto custody, liquidity, key management, blockchain analytics, on/off ramps etc
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads across multiple time zones
- Strong understanding of product development cycles, agile planning, and stakeholder communication
- Prior experience integrating or managing third-party tools like Fireblocks, Chainalysis, or KYB/KYC providers

- B2B2C / white-label product experience
- Excellent documentation skills — you can write a spec or a comms plan that actually gets read
- Massive opportunity: We're building the crypto backend for a leading global trading platform
- Regulated from day one: You’ll shape compliant products with long-term defensibility
- Ownership and autonomy: You’ll own the roadmap and get full backing to execute
- Global reach: Your products will serve users in over 100 countries
