We're seeking a driven Social Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our TikTok Shop initiatives and creator affiliate relationships across the US, UK and additional global markets.

We're seeking a driven Social Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our TikTok Shop initiatives and creator affiliate relationships across the US, UK and additional global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Management: Lead the day-to-day management and operations of Pixi & POP’s presence on TikTok Shop (US, UK and new market expansions).
- Live Commerce Execution: Plan, schedule and oversee consistent execution of TikTok Live shopping sessions in coordination with internal teams and external creators.
- Strategic Relationship Development: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with TikTok affiliate creators to maximize engagement, brand affinity, profitability and revenue growth.
- Creator Gifting & Affiliate Performance: Manage creator gifting programs by ensuring efficient sample allocation, tracking, and follow-up. Oversee commission management and track affiliate performance metrics.
- Affiliate Growth & Communication: Strategically grow affiliate creator relationships through targeted outreach, collaboration and ongoing communication to drive increased GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a Pixi ambassador, ensuring consistent and accurate product and brand messaging through effective product training with affiliate creators.
- Event Coordination: Source, manage and coordinate event guestlist designed to strengthen and celebrate affiliate creator partnerships, ensuring impactful and engaging brand experiences across all markets.
- Creative Asset Coordination Support the creation of campaign visuals by gathering product information, writing creator briefs and coordinating with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets for TikTok Shop, affiliate campaigns and live shopping events
- Cross-Channel Support: Provide strategic support and oversight for live commerce shopping sessions on additional platforms (e.g., Amazon Live) to drive cross-channel revenue.
- Creative & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to ensure high-quality content, compelling product visuals, and cohesive branding across all marketplace and affiliate activations.
- Marketplace Analytics: Monitor marketplace analytics and performance reports to optimize strategies, enhance product listings, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Operations Partnership: Partner with operations to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment for live commerce and affiliate-driven orders.
- Customer Experience: Liaise with customer service teams to promptly address consumer inquiries, maintaining an exceptional customer experience and marketplace performance.
- Global Alignment: Collaborate with EMEA and global account management teams to ensure consistent product availability, pricing accuracy and promotion alignment across all
- Emerging Trends Research: Actively research emerging trends and features within digital commerce platforms, leveraging insights to continuously evolve Pixi’s marketplace and affiliate strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Support quarterly strategic planning initiatives and presentations to the Senior Leadership Team by contributing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management & ROI Analysis: Manage and analyze budgets for live commerce and affiliate programs, including forecasting investments and measuring ROI.
- Data Analytics & KPI Development: Develop and monitor comprehensive KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost [CAC], lifetime value [LTV], conversion rates) to drive data-driven decisions.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to platform-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Innovation & Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies and best practices to streamline operations and enhance engagement.
- Proven experience managing ecommerce marketplaces, particularly TikTok Shop and affiliate creator programs.
- Strong knowledge of live shopping trends and operational execution across TikTok and additional platforms (e.g., Amazon Live). Exceptional relationship management skills with influencers, affiliate creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, translate insights into actionable strategies, and present findings clearly to senior management.
- Demonstrated capability in event planning and coordination aimed at enhancing creator engagement and affiliate performance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills to simultaneously manage multiple campaigns and live sessions.
