  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
About You
  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a property or construction consultancy environment.
  • Professionally qualified with MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or an equivalent industry-recognised qualification.
  • Strong consultancy background with experience acting on behalf of clients and managing multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering commercial projects from inception through to completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple commissions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting fee generation and business development activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Proactive, organised and capable of operating in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
What's on Offer
