Bench IT require an experience Talent Acquisition to join a fast-growing technology consultancy delivering innovative digital, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and data engineering solutions to clients across multiple industries.


Based in the City of London we are seeking a driven and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional technology professionals who will contribute to our continued growth and success. The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and building strong talent pipelines across technical and business functions. You will play a key role in shaping our employer brand and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Resourcing.
  • Experience working within an IT consultancy, VAR, MSP or channel business is highly advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting contractors for technical engineering roles such as: Desktop, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud Engineers and Project Managers.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of technology hiring trends.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the technology sector.
