Design and develop systematic equity and cross-asset strategies, including factor-based, volatility, and multi-asset allocation solutions
Structure and package QIS strategies into investable products, including structured notes and certificates for institutional and private bank clients
Collaborate with sales to originate and tailor client-driven investment solutions across equities, rates, FX, and volatility
Work closely with trading to ensure effective hedging, execution, and lifecycle management of structured products
Build and maintain pricing tools, backtesting frameworks, and analytics for QIS strategies
Ensure robustness of strategies through risk analysis, stress testing, and performance monitoring
Contribute to the expansion of the QIS platform through new product ideas aligned with market trends and client demand
