HR Admin for prestiogous bank , 6 month contract
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and creating a seamless employee experience? We are looking for a Human Resources Talent Cycle Consultant to join our team and support HR operations across the UK, Channel Islands, and Europe.
What You’ll Do As a key member of the Talent Cycle team, you will:
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the business (email, phone, and chat)
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, contracts, job changes, leaves, and offboarding
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and Workday navigation
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and right-to-work verification
• Use ServiceNow to manage and resolve HR cases efficiently
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Shared Services, and external vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency and simplification
• Support international assignments and employee mobility
• Ensure all tasks are completed within SLAs and regulatory requirements

What You Bring • Experience in HR operations, administration, or employee lifecycle management
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities

Nice to Have • Experience with Workday HRIS
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (or similar case management tools)
• Exposure to Sigma or ADP systems
