Maintenance Plumber - #2089325

Our client is seeking an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in Mayfair. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled commercial plumber to join one of London's leading privately owned building services providers, renowned for investing in their engineers through ongoing training, career development, and internal progression opportunities.

Working on a flagship commercial property, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing maintenance, alongside a range of water treatment duties to ensure the smooth operation of building services systems.

Duties:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• General plumbing repairs including taps, valves, toilets, pipework, and leak repairs
• Water treatment tasks including:
• Legionella control and monitoring
• Chemical dosing
• TMV inspections and maintenance
• Dead leg removal
• System flushing
• Cooling tower monitoring
• Temperature testing and recording
• Maintenance of MVHR and FCU systems
• Heat Interface Unit (HIU) maintenance
• Underfloor heating maintenance
• Boiler maintenance
• General building maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years' experience within commercial building services maintenance
• Strong client-facing skills and professional approach
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good understanding of water hygiene and treatment procedures

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
