Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad caseload of commercial real estate matters from start to finish.
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment transactions.
- Handling landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations, renewals, assignments, and related matters.
- Advising on development and redevelopment projects.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation.
- Providing practical and commercially driven advice to clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients and supporting business development activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 6–7 years’ PQE.
- Strong commercial property experience gained within a reputable property team.
- Comfortable managing your own caseload and handling transactions with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach.
- A team player who is keen to contribute to the continued success of the department.
