A well-established and highly regarded London law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Real Estate team with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor.
The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to a broad range of clients, including investors, developers, landlords, occupiers, and businesses. With a strong presence in the property market, the team handles a varied and interesting mix of work while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture.

About the Role
The firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its established team.
You will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a range of clients on both transactional and advisory work. The role would suit someone who enjoys managing their own matters, getting involved in high-quality work, and working as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a broad caseload of commercial real estate matters from start to finish.
  • Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment transactions.
  • Handling landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations, renewals, assignments, and related matters.
  • Advising on development and redevelopment projects.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation.
  • Providing practical and commercially driven advice to clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and supporting business development activities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.

About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with approximately 6–7 years’ PQE.
  • Strong commercial property experience gained within a reputable property team.
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload and handling transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially aware with a client-focused approach.
  • A team player who is keen to contribute to the continued success of the department.
