  • Responding calmly and professionally to incidents or client needs
  • Working closely with colleagues across all departments as part of one team

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in health, social care, recovery or residential settings

  • Commitment to recovery-focused and trauma-informed practice

Desirable:

  • Experience in addiction or mental health services
  • Knowledge of 12-Step recovery models
  • Experience managing challenging behaviour
  • Full UK Driving Licence

At Clouds House, you’ll be part of a supportive and passionate team making a genuine difference every day. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to build valuable experience in a rewarding recovery-focused environment where your contribution truly matters.

If you’re passionate about supporting others and want flexible work in a rewarding setting, we’d love to hear from you.
