Shape the future of treasury analytics and decision-making. Join a collaborative team where you'll use data, technology and insight to help manage capital and liquidity across a global organisation, while contributing to key regulatory initiatives and strategic outcomes.

We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

What role will you play?

Join a dynamic Treasury team at the centre of capital and liquidity decision-making across EMEA. In this role, you will use data, analytics and technology to uncover insights that help shape Treasury strategy and support the organisation's financial resilience. Working closely with colleagues across Group Treasury, Finance and the Risk Management Group, you will explore complex datasets, enhance forecasting and regulatory processes, and contribute to the delivery of key capital and liquidity initiatives. As regulations and market conditions evolve, you will play an important role in identifying impacts, developing innovative analytical solutions and helping stakeholders make informed decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your Treasury expertise, gain exposure to a wide range of activities and build strong relationships across a global organisation.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require three days a week in our advertised location.

What you offer

  • 1-4 years' experience in treasury, finance, risk, accounting or a related field, with an interest in capital, liquidity and balance sheet management
  • Experience analysing data and translating insights into meaningful outcomes, supported by strong Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work with complex datasets and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • A degree in finance, business, computer science, mathematics or a related discipline, together with experience in financial services or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively while balancing competing priorities.
  • An interest in capital, liquidity and financial markets; experience in treasury, capital or liquidity management, Power BI, Alteryx or programming tools would be advantageous.
We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
