LAWYER

We're seeking a Lawyer to become part of a collaborative and technology-driven team, advising clients across a broad range of commercial matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working in a modern, entrepreneurial environment where innovation, efficiency and client experience are at the heart of everything.

LAWYER ROLE:
  • Managing a portfolio of client matters independently from instruction through to completion
  • Building and managing client relationships as the primary client contact
  • Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of legal and commercial documents
  • Managing up to six matters concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders as required
  • Delivering work in line with KPI, performance and client service expectations
LAWYER ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating approximately three years' post-qualification experience in general commercial law within private practice or in-house environments across England and Wales
  • Managing commercial legal matters independently and taking ownership of files from instruction through to completion
  • Advising on technology and intellectual property contracts
  • Supporting privacy, data protection and GDPR-related matters
  • Advising on employment law matters
  • Building strong client relationships through direct client engagement and a personable approach
  • Utilising legal technology platforms confidently and effectively
  • Working autonomously, efficiently and proactively to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines
