Head of Portfolio Analytics, Asset Management, London - eFinancialCareers - #2121354

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio analytics function and set priorities aligned to client mandates
• Design and maintain modelling, scenario and attribution frameworks across asset allocation and portfolio construction
• Provide liquidity, exposure, overlay, and implementation analysis to inform Client Portfolio Managers, strategy and advisory work
• Convert analysis into clear options and recommendations for governance forums and asset class teams
• Support portfolio reviews, strategic advice, mandate design and implementation decisions with evidence-based insight
• Partner with Investment Risk to align first-line analytics with second-line oversight while preserving independence
• Define analytical data requirements and drive adoption of enterprise data capabilities with technology teams
• Produce quantitative research to contribute to client work

Requirements

• Extensive senior experience in asset management across portfolio analytics, portfolio construction, quantitative analysis, investment risk, or asset allocation
• Deep technical knowledge of portfolio modelling, scenario analysis, attribution, exposure analysis, liquidity, and overlays
