Building Maintenance Supervisor - #2138736

A leading facilities management provider is looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance delivery across three public-sector sites in London.
This is a hands-on working supervisor position, combining mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled maintenance with responsibility for an eight-person engineering team.
The Role
As the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you'll:

• Lead eight engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance across three sites.
• Complete hands-on mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled building maintenance.
• Allocate workloads and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Support engineer development while maintaining high service delivery standards.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet health, safety and statutory requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across the portfolio.

About You
To be successful as the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you'll have:

• City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Proven experience within a maintenance supervisor or lead engineer position.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services maintenance and compliance.
• Experience working across multiple sites would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
• Must be willing and able to undergo SC Clearance.
