Location: Remote

Contract: Temporary, 3 months (with the possibility of extension)

Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £24.54 per hour (+ holiday pay) (circa £46,400 salaried equivalent)

Prospectus is proud to be supporting our client, a well established national charity, in their search for a temporary Project Manager. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to utilise and refine their skillset in an impactful organisation.

The role is infrastructure-focused, and the successful applicant will spearhead the implementation planning phase of a Target Operating Model, requiring oversight of non-structural aspects including project framework, governance, plans, and delivery approach.

Please note that while the role is remote, the successful candidate will be required to attend an in-person induction in London on Wednesday 16th September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design and coordination of project delivery activities.
• Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and mitigations.
• Ensure projects remain on track against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Support organisational readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
• Ensure project activities align with wider organisational strategy and objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Recent, relevant experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit or charitable organisation.
• Expertise in establishing project systems and processes within an evolving organisation, with the capacity to materialise high level designs and concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with the capability to work both independently and in a team.
