My White City (London) client is looking for two experienced Senior Java Software Engineers to join its Technology team on an Inside IR35 contract. This is a hybrid role with once a week office visits.
You'll design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions, working closely with architects, engineers and product teams to build scalable, well-tested applications. You'll also lead technical discussions, champion engineering best practices, mentor junior developers and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.

- Strong Java development experience.
- Object-oriented programming expertise.
- Scripting with Python, Bash or Ruby.
- Strong experience with TDD/BDD and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, delivery-focused approach.
