A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Legal PA /EA to support two senior Real Estate Partners within a leading international law firm.

THE ROLE

Full diary management for 2 Partners
Managing complex meetings, calls and changing priorities
International travel and detailed itineraries
Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence
Managing emails, actions and follow-ups
Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
Supporting business development, events and client activity
Expenses and general Partner-level administration

ABOUT YOU

Experienced PA/EA within a professional services environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proactive, commercially aware and able to anticipate needs
Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
