A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Legal PA /EA to support two senior Real Estate Partners within a leading international law firm.
THE ROLE- Full diary management for 2 Partners
- Managing complex meetings, calls and changing priorities
- International travel and detailed itineraries
- Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence
- Managing emails, actions and follow-ups
- Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
- Supporting business development, events and client activity
- Expenses and general Partner-level administration
- Experienced PA/EA within a professional services environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive, commercially aware and able to anticipate needs
- Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
