Key Responsibilities
Advisory & Transactions: Assist Partners and Directors on complex advisory projects, including M&A tax due diligence, group restructurings, and private equity-backed transaction planning.
Portfolio Ownership: Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of OMBs, PE-backed businesses, and multinational corporate groups.
Technical Review & Compliance: Oversee complex corporate tax compliance and review tax computations prepared by junior team members.
Mentorship & Development: Coach, delegate to, and support the career development of Associates and Seniors within the team.
About You

Experience: Strong foundation in UK corporate tax gained within an accountancy practice environment.
Skill Set: Exposure to corporate tax compliance with a strong desire to expand your advisory skill set; experience reviewing junior work or a readiness to step into a supervisory role.

What's On Offer
Career Acceleration: Structured, fast-track framework designed to help you step up to Manager in the near term.
