Early Careers Advisor - #2149753

Wise May are looking for a Talent Advisor to join a large London Accountancy firm in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established organisation and support a busy, high performing Recruitment team with their Early Careers recruitment.

This is a fast-paced and hands on role, focused on coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing candidate logistics and supporting the full early careers lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Hybrid working offered.

Talent Advisor duties and responsibilities:

• Managing all early careers recruitment from start to finish
• Managing interview scheduling and logistics through the ATS system
• Liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external early career professionals
• Assisting with continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including automation initiatives
• Ensuring a high level of candidate care and professionalism at all stages of the hiring process

Talent Advisor key skills and experience required:

• Previous experience within Early Careers recruitment coordination
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
• A proactive, hardworking and positive approach
• High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
