We're partnering with a highly respected professional services firm looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive growth, generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
This is a visible, people-facing role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, represent the business at events and play a key part in winning new clients.

What You'll Be Doing

* Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
* Networking at events, conferences and industry functions
* Running discovery meetings with prospective clients
* Building relationships with referrers and key contacts
* Introducing opportunities to senior stakeholders and specialist teams
* Working closely with Marketing on campaigns and events
* Managing pipeline activity and CRM records
* Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities

What You'll Need

* Proven business development or sales experience within professional services
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Experience generating and converting qualified leads
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
* CRM experience and a commercially minded approach
* A proactive, energetic personality with plenty of drive
