Working on a hybrid basis you will be making use of the very latest technology in the conveyancing sector to make your job as easy as possible and allow you to focus on your clients’ needs.

In this role you will be:

• Running a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
• Dealing with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build properties
• Using a state of the art AI led software system
• Providing a first class service to your clients

Requirements:

• 8+ years of conveyancing experience
• Confident in running your own caseload
• Experience of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build properties
• Strong IT skills
• Passionate advocate of new technology
