Are you a proactive and technically skilled surveyor with a passion for delivering high-quality housing services? We are seeking a Repairs & Voids Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and ready to let within target timescales.

As a Repairs & Voids Surveyor, you will lead the surveying function for void properties and day-to-day responsive repairs. Your responsibilities will include accurate diagnosis, clear specifications, quality delivery, statutory compliance, and ensuring an excellent resident experience. • Conduct surveys and inspections to assess property conditions.
• Manage repairs and void processes effectively, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to deliver high-quality work.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to repairs and voids.
• Support residents with queries and concerns, maintaining a customer-focused approach.

• Proven experience in property surveying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, standards, and housing legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (professional qualifications such as RICS accreditation are desirable).
