Receptionist | US Law Firm | Up to £38,000

Working hours: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am-6pm
Location: City of London
Working pattern: Office-based
Salary: Competitive up to £38k, plus benefits

Key responsibilities include:

* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and office events
* Managing mail, couriers, and day-to-day office services
* Supporting operations when required across the office
* Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the workplace

What we're looking for:

* 2 years minimum experience in a front-of-house role in a legal or corporate environment
* A professional and approachable communication style
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed
* Confidence working in a busy corporate environment
