We’re looking for an experienced Claims Specialist who can handle complex, technical claims with confidence, provide outstanding service to brokers and policyholders, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support wider business goals.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Claims Managers, Underwriters, Actuaries and external partners, maintaining high standards of communication, reserving accuracy and compliance throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with brokers, policyholders, co-insurers and internal teams.
  • Direct external lawyers and adjusters in line with approved panel requirements.

  • Promote best practice, client service excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience

  • At least two years of working in a claims role
  • Strong knowledge of claims handling principles, coverage issues and experience handling Financial Lines, Professional Indemnity or D&O - YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ALL OF THESE TO BE CONSIDERED.
  • Understanding of insurance law and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, manage varied workloads and make sound decisions.
What’s on Offer
