EMEA Interview Coordinator - Global Technology Company

Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite)

Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum

Contract: 11 months

We are recruiting an experienced Interview Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team of a leading global technology company. This is a fast-paced, high-volume scheduling role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, managing complex calendars and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate high volumes of virtual, telephone and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage complex scheduling across different time zones involving candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Arrange candidate travel, accommodation and expense reimbursements.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the interview process, resolving scheduling issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within an ATS.
• Provide occasional support with new hire orientation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience coordinating high volumes of interviews within a busy Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations team.
• Strong experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with experience supporting candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience would be advantageous.
• Previous experience coordinating candidate travel and interview logistics is highly desirable.
