We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative boutique investment environment, where you will be exposed to a fast-paced, high-expectation setting that will challenge you, develop your skills and allow you to grow as an Assistant.

With a significant global presence and a particularly strong footprint in London, the firm offers the opportunity to work and support an accomplished, high-performing team within a supportive and welcoming culture where Assistants are genuinely valued as integral members of the business.

Supporting a client-facing team of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Acting as a trusted point of contact and central coordinator, you will manage competing priorities, anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders and ensure the team operates seamlessly.
From complex diary management and expenses to last-minute international travel arrangements, no two days will be the same. This is a role for someone who enjoys being one step ahead, thrives on responsibility and is keen to develop their capabilities within a demanding but rewarding environment.

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and engaging Assistant who is confident operating at a senior level and comfortable working in a client-facing capacity. You will bring a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Assistant, including at least 3 years within the investment sector.

You will also be confident communicating with senior stakeholders and liaising with Executive Assistants across the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, building strong relationships across the firm's international network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and calendar management for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinating meetings and schedules across multiple international time zones.
  • Arranging complex domestic and international travel, often at short notice.
  • Managing expenses and providing wider administrative support.
  • Providing team-wide support and holiday cover when required.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively managing competing priorities and anticipating the needs of the team.
12 months | 5 days in office | £26 inclusive of holiday

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant who wants to elevate their career within a prestigious boutique investment environment.

For those who demonstrate strong performance and commitment, there may also be potential for longer-term opportunities within the firm.
