What You'll Do
Provide expert legal advice on employment law issues including contracts, disputes, and compliance
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and procedures
Represent the organization in employment-related litigation and negotiations
Conduct training sessions for management on employment law topics
Collaborate with HR to address employee relations issues effectively
Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting employment practices
What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent qualification in law
Significant experience in employment law within a corporate environment
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
