THE SENIOR GROWTH MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:
As Senior Growth Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering the wider digital marketing and demand generation strategy across the UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand.
You'll be responsible for planning, launching and optimising campaigns across multiple channels, while supporting budget management and wider customer growth targets.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly across key advertising and social platforms, analyse campaign performance and manage specialist subcontractors where required.
You'll also contribute to the continued development of the wider growth strategy, using data and insight to improve performance across international markets.
SENIOR GROWTH MARKETING EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 3+ years' experience within digital marketing, ideally in a technology or SaaS business
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Experience supporting demand generation and customer acquisition activity
- Confident analysing campaign data and making optimisation decisions
- Experience managing marketing budgets and channel performance
- Comfortable combining campaign strategy with hands-on delivery
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers or specialist subcontractors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive within an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment
